Jobs we recruit for

Discover some of the roles we recruit for below, across both clinical and non-clinical staff:

General Nurse

Nurses are integral to healthcare facilities, providing high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities irrespective of their conditions. Their responsibilities include supervising other healthcare professionals like Orderlies and Nursing Assistants. Typically working in structured environments, nurses adhere to strict protocols while managing patient care, coordinating staff, and aiding physicians. Their diverse duties encompass preparing patients for treatments, administering medication, and assisting doctors during surgeries.

Care Assist Elderly

The primary duty of a Care Assistant revolves around fulfilling the client’s requirements, which may encompass aiding them in preparing for the day, administering medication, or assisting with household tasks. It is imperative that the care provided is person-centred, prioritising the individual’s needs and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Medical Secretary

Medical secretaries perform a range of administrative tasks tailored to their department’s needs. Their responsibilities include typing and correcting patient forms, attending meetings, arranging travel, managing phone calls and emails, maintaining medical diaries, and organising spreadsheets and databases. Essentially, medical secretaries ensure all support tasks necessary for hospital or clinic personnel are efficiently handled.

Maintenance staff

Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for all general maintenance and upkeep duties required to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents and staff. Duties will include planned preventive work and safety checks, as well as running repairs and the supervision.
