Clinical staff recruitment

Non-clinical staff recruitment

As well as nurse recruitment, we offer non-clinical staff recruitment across a variety of roles including catering staff, administrative roles and security as well as a number of other roles. Non-clinical staff form an essential part of the healthcare ecosystem so whatever role you are looking to feel our team of friendly experts are on call to help.

Ad-hoc recruitment and temp cover for all industries

Sometimes you’ll need staff last minute due to illness, holiday or other circumstances. That is why we offer ad-hoc and temporary cover recruitment for all industries as well as the healthcare sector. Our team is also available outside of office hours and offers a 24-hour on-call service for those times when you need a member of staff outside of the usual 9-5. Online and face-to-face training 

As well as recruitment we offer a variety of online and face-to-face training options via our healthcare training partner CATPJ Healthcare. The courses on offer include Mandatory training, Basic Life support, Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) and a PMVA refresher course. We always have a plethora of vacancies on offer, here are just a few of the roles we regularly recruit for and a quick overview of what each role entails.

Mental Health Nurse

Build meaningful relationships with people who are utilising mental health services along with those people’s relatives and carers. This role encapsulates a range of day to day activities from helping someone take their medication correctly to advising about relevant therapies or social activities to help their mental health.

Support Workers

A support worker can offer assistance with housework and personal care, but can support other lifestyle activities like managing finances, organising calendars, meal prepping and shopping for essentials. Support workers also have other duties around the social lives of those in their care.

Catering Staff

Catering staff will assist with preparation and cleaning in the kitchen and dining areas. Catering staff may also serve food and beverages to residents, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
